Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Detergent and sanitizer bottles for the glasswasher were empty.
Corrective Action(s): Supply glasswasher with new bottles of detergent and sanitizer. Inspect the glasswasher regularly to ensure it is adequately equipped with enough cleaning agents.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at the bar area did not have paper towels
Corrective Action(s): Supply paper towels to this hand washing station. Ensure hand washing stations are always fully equipped to allow for proper hand washing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Accumulation of debris observed at the following areas:
1. The sink of the hand washing station next to the stand-up freezer. Drain appears to be clogged by the debris. Other hand washing stations are available.
2. Inside the stand-up freezer outside the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all noted areas. Ensure regular cleaning is being done to avoid accumulation of debris.

Kitchen
- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (walk-in, prep, glass door) at < or = 4C
- Stand-up freezers at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure they are capable of maintaining foods at 60C or greater.
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 86.4C at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available from dispenser. Ensure sanitizer is available at food prep areas when facility is operating.
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.

Bar
- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, and liquid soap.

- Drink dispensing gun and holder are maintained

General
- Premise is well lit
- Permit is posted
