- Handsink is stocked with liquid soap & paper towels
- 100ppm chlorine available in sanitizer bottles; one bottle did not have enough concentration. **Ensure to prepare sanitizer fresh daily as chlorine dissipates over time
- High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface
- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate (<4C)
- Foods are stored in a manner that prevents contamination
- In the walk-in cooler, meat is stored below other food products

NOTE:
- Deep cleaning is required in hard-to-reach areas, especially around the stove area
