Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Staff hand washing noted during inspection.
- QUAT sanitizer 200-400 ppm concentration available in spray bottles and detected from wall dispenser. Ideal water temperature for QUAT to be effective and in correct range is 24 degree C.
- Dishware and implements stored in sanitary condition.
- All coolers measured at or below 4 degree C.
- Walk in cooler measured at or below 4C. Food stored properly and inside the unit noted clean and maintained.
- Walk in freezer measured at -16 C. Food frozen to the touch in the midst of a busy time.
- General sanitation has been improved and is satisfactory. Kitchen noted well lit.
- Food in hot holding unit measured above 60 C. Perishables over the prep cooler labeled, dated and properly rotated.
- Dry storage maintained.
- No sign of pest activity noted at this date. Back door noted being kept close.
Staff hygiene was satisfactory. No concerns at this date.
- Ice bin noted clean and maintained. Ice scoop stored properly in sanitary container.
- Customer washrooms were maintained.
