-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory.
-Glasswasher achieved >50ppm chlorine for final rinse. Logs maintained. Checked at this time.
->100ppm chlorine available in a spray bottle. Ensure to label the bottle as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Traps in place.
-Back storage room satisfactory. Ice machine satisfactory; scoop stored in proper manner.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
