Please continue to maintain this level of sanitation. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer is available. - Walk-in cooler is organized. Raw and cooked foods are stored separately. - Temperature logs are maintained. - FOODSAFE certified operator present on-site. While the operator is not present, at least one other certified staff must be present. Ensure FOODSAFE certificate(s) are kept on-site for review.
