Observation: Cutting board observed to be heavily scored and stained. Potato slicer and lemon slicer had visible food debris build-up.
Corrective Action(s): Replace with a new clean cutting board; do not use in the meant time. Wash and sanitize slicers after each use. Due: today.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in bucket beside front handsink tested 0ppm Quats.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the Quats solution every 2-4 hours or as needed to ensure the concentration of 200ppm Quats. Verify with test strips.

All cooling units measured at or below 4C.
All freezer units measured at or below -18C.
All hot held items maintained at or above 60C.

Quats sanitizer in spray bottle and at dispenser measured 200ppm.
Food storage practices were excellent.
Temperature logs are maintained.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Food permit is posted and operator to renew FoodSafe Level 1 by July, 2018.
