Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food surfaces sanitizer not available at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator mixed 200 ppm of bleach into a spray bottle. Recommended to the operator to use a sanitizing buckets with wiping cloth for future cleaning and sanitizing of equipment. A single spray bottle is not enough to cover all the food contact surfaces on site.

- Facility repackages candy's only.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels / air dryer. Do not use any towels in the washroom.
- 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing.
- Professional pest control contracted. No pest activities noticed at the time of inspection.
- Staff wearing hair net and gloves during processing.
- Candy purchased from an approved source.
