> Prep cooler has been serviced. Operator provided evidence of service ticket.
> Compressor unit for cooler was replaced. Air temperature inside the cooler now maintained at 3.6C
> Facility may now store potentially hazardous food items inside this cooler.

A reminder that certain cooler units may require more frequent servicing than others. Consistent monitoring of temperatures will help to determine when and if service is needed.
