Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # CTIN-APDUEA of Jul-18-2017 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Washroom in the back has no paper towels. When inquired, staff points to the roll of paper towel hanging on drying rack outside of washroom.)

Comments

Cold water is restored at handwashing station. Ceiling panet above handwashing station is repatched. Main food handler onsite will be taking Foodsafe class to fulfill the Foodsafe requirement. Head office is evaluating renovation for premises and shall replace flooring noted from previous inspection. -> this will be checked at routine inspection next time.
