All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks in back kitchen. Dishwasher final rinse reached 77 degrees C. at the plate surface. Bleach water bottle measured 100 PPM chlorine residual. Soup in warmer measured greater than 60 degrees C at time of inspection.
