1. All areas in the premises cleaned sanitized
2. Storage area cleaned and sanitized
3. Pest control technician visit made and report reviewed with operator; visits now increased to 1/wk.
4. Empty space in the roof now sealed and blocked
5. Hole under the counter cooler at cashier area blocked
6. Cleaning schedule is now made and being followed.
