Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): sprouts and mushrooms in a large bucket stored at room temperature at cooking line longer then 2 hours -internal temperature measured at 17 deg C

SMALL AMOUNTS of potentially hazardous foods are permitted to be stored at room temperature during lunch/dinner rushes. Any leftovers after 2 hours MUST be discarded. Do not put these foods back in the fridge.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed mold growth inside the ice machine on the walls. As well observed beer cans in the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the ice in the machine. Clean and sanitize the ice machine regularly to prevent contamination such as the growth of mold.

DO NOT STORE FOOD IN THE ICE MACHINE! Ice is consumed by the customers and foods such as beer/pop are not regularly sanitized.
