Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container used to hold bacon observed with a hair on top of the container. Staff removed the container to be cleaned and sanitized during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure food handling staff are practicing good personal hygiene, wearing hair nets and washing their hands frequently to prevent potential physical and biological contamination of food and equipment.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in the middle of the service area is not supplied with liquid soap during inspection. Staff stated that the sink is used as a dump sink. Liquid soap was placed in the dispenser during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all designated hand sinks in the service area are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel to promote good hand hygeine.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Milk dispensing machines and all preparation coolers measured at 4'C or lower
- Walk-in freezer at -18'C
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained on site
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations in back observed unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in pails (X6) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 78.2'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- No signs of pests during inspection *Reminder: ensure all physical pest traps are placed in non-food preparation areas to prevent potential physical contamination of food
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Public washrooms observed in sanitary condition. Biweekly cleaning company contracted for cleaning of washrooms.
