200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station.
200ppm quats available for use in spray bottles.
Dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Reminder to regularly clean the walls and floors in the dishwashing area.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -21 degrees C.
Domestic freezer at -11 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C. Ice building up consider defrosting unit.
