Comments

- Temperature of coolers and freezer was adequate.
- All foods that are left out during the lunch rush must be maintained on ice while at room temperature.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were available for hand washing.
- Bleach solution was available.
**As discussed keep wiping cloths soaked in bleach solution and wipe down food contact surfaces/work counters every 3 hours.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 79 degrees C.
- No signs of pest infestation.
