Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Did not detect any quat sanitizer at the dispenser and in container with cloths submerged. Very weak quat (approx 50ppm) was in the spray bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Have dispenser fixed so that it is capable of dispensing 200ppm quat sanitizer solution by Monday July 9, 2018. Train staff to use test strips to verify sanitizer concentrations. Bleach available on site. Mix 2ml-5ml of bleach in 1 liter of water to make 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution in the interim.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station in the back beside the two compartment sink was blocked with the garbage can. It also had drain plugs it in and an umbrella hanging off the side of the sink. There was also no paper towel in the dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand wash stations are fully equipped and unobstructed at all times.

Comments

Hand wash stations in front service area and washrooms had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
All coolers 4C or less (display case, undercounter, sliding two door upright milk cooler)
Freezers -15 and -19C
No hot holding available. Staff member said they no longer provide soup.
Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Dry storage area well maintained.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel).
All foods appeared protected.
