Follow-up inspection to Inspection Report # ASIU-CZHRT8 - Overall sanitation has improved, grease build-up and food debris noted at both cook lines in the previous report have been thoroughly cleaned - Both the walk-in cooler and prep cooler (right) near the pizza machine are maintaining ambient air temperatures <= 4 deg C. Internal temperatures also registered at <= 4 deg C - Food product observed in food grade containers. Food is protected from contamination - No signs of obvious pest at the time of inspection
