-3-compartment sink has been serviced and is no longer leaking water. Sanitizer dispenser solution was tested at 150ppm to 200ppm. After staff fill the sink using the automatic dispenser, the sanitizing solution is manually topped up to 200ppm. -Sanitizer solution in the spray bottle was tested at 200ppm. -Sanitizing solution was present in both the front and back food preparation areas. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
