Observation: Front counter renovation conducted without plans submitted first to Fraser Health Authority for review and approval. Handsink in front service counter has been removed.
Corrective Action(s): Floor plans for any construction or equipment changes to the premise must be submitted to Fraser Health Authority for review and approval prior to any changes made. An updated floor plan of your premise drawn to scale and labelling all equipment is required. The dump sink next to your 3-compartment sink will now be your designated handsink. Re-locate paper towel dispenser so it is clearly accessible for staff at all time for handwashing.
