- Temperature of coolers and freezers were adequate. - Liquid soap and paper towels available at hand wash sink. - >50ppm noted in dishwasher after cycle. - Bleach solution made up during inspection. Ensure it is available at all times and food preparation counters are sanitized at least once every 2 hours.
