Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Bucket of bleach sanitizer did not detect any chlorine at the time of inspection.
2. Wiping cloths were not in the sanitizing bucket and observed operator using the cloths to clean food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Required operator to have sanitizer ready at all times and ensure that they replace regularly to have sufficient chlorine concentration at all times
2. Required operator to have all wiping cloths in the sanitizing solution when not in use
