Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main domestic cooler is measured to be 7.5oC air temperature. Food internal temperature is measured at 11.8oC. Thermometer in cooler is indicated at 9.8oC. No temperature log is maintained today.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in cooler until temperature is at 4oC or less. All potentially hazardous foods in cooler discarded.
