Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Interior of ice machine has algae and biofilm build up.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the inside of the machine, as per your sanitation plan. Ensure that ice mechanism is cleaned as well as the storage well. Staff began cleaning it at the time of inspection.
