Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel was not available at the back kitchen hand sink, and dispenser was not working.
Corrective Action(s): All hand washing stations must always be equipped with easily accessible paper towels in dispensers. Dispensers must be in good working condition.

Observation: Paper towel dispensers were either jammed or out of battery.
Corrective Action(s): This is a repeat issue. Replace both paper towel dispensers such that paper towels can be properly dispensed at both hand sinks.

Comments

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water and liquid soap.
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- Freezer measured at -19C.
- Accurate thermometers available
- Hot-held food items were measured to be at 60C or hotter
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Three-compartment sink available for manual warewashing, in sanitary condition. Sink plugs available.
- Quat surface sanitizer available at 200ppm. Reminder: Ensure to change sanitizer bucket solution every 2-4 hours or sooner if visibly dirty/cloudy.
- General sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Temperature logs well maintained.

Covid-19 Measures:
- Covid-19 safety plan available but needs to be revised
