-Only adequate amount of cold potentially hazardous food out at room temperature; detected ~6-7 C. Ensure to put away all foods after busy times
-No portioning of soup and putting them back into the main batch.
-Improper cooling not noted at the time of follow up inspection
-A few items in the cooler still needed proper coverage
-Sanitation of the kitchen improved; all cooler door seals are cleaned.
