Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations (kitchen/bar) adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
NOTE: Hot-holding units were not in use at the time of the inspection. Ensure units are operating at/above 60'C.
NOTE: Ensure rice scoops are stored in ice water, never in lukewarm water to prevent pathogen growth on surface.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles.
- Low temperature dishwasher achieved minimum chlorine concentration of 50ppm at plate level after final rinse.
- Glasswasher achieved minimum chlorine concentration of 50ppm after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory.
NOTE: Ensure the handle of scoop is not in direct contact with ice.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Traps in place.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory. No concerns observed at this time.
