-> Wiping cloth storage discussed. Cloths are to be kept completely submerged in a sanitizer solution.
-> Cleaning and disinfection of all food contact surfaces are to be conducted after use or on a timely manner. (ie: 3-4 hour intervals - tongs)
- Food Storage: Ok. Food storage on cooler shelving are to be kept organized.
