Routine inspection was conducted.

The premise has 1 main kitchen,1 preparation area, 1 coolers/freezers room, 1 chemical storage area, 1 storage (Catering utensils) unit.
Catering is also available.
-Cambro containers are available for hot holding
-Ice coolers are available for cold holding
Transporting done with ice trays in the ice coolers to maintain the temperature at 4c or below.

Internal foods temperature inside the coolers were measured at 4C.

Chlorine sanitizer was available for the tables.
Chlorine dishwasher was measured at 100ppm.
-Please ensure the sanitizer concentrations are maintained at 100-200ppm for chlorine.

Handwashing stations were fully equipped with paper towels and soap.
-Please do not store used ice cream scoops in the handwashing station in the front.
