Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AYDQ2G: 200ppm quats available for use in labeled spray bottle. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towel placed at side. Reminder to change battery for paper towel dispense as needed. Thorough cleaning completed underneath and behind the flat grill and deep fryer. Temperature monitoring records now maintained and available for review.
