Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use stirring utensils moist with milk were stored in a container at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize these stirring utensils. While in use, store them in ice water and replenish the ice as needed. Clean and sanitize the stirring utensils at least every 4 hours. This is a repeat violation.

- Hand washing stations were not obstructed at the time of inspection. Ensure hand washing stations are always equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
