Observation: Multiple flies were observed in the back area near chemical storage room. Staff stated that they will be installing sticky tapes today.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the facility is maintained in a sanitary condition and free of pests/rodents to prevent potential food contamination.

Routine inspection conducted.

Temperature (coolers to be maintained at 4C or less, freezers at -18C or less, hot holding at 60C or above):
- Coolers were maintained at 4C or less
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Hot holding units at 60C or above.

Note: Light bulb in dairy walk-in cooler is very dim. Please ensure to provide adequate lighting in the cooler.

Storage:
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
- Hand wash sinks were adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels.
- Sanitizer pails available and the concentration of QUATS noted at 200ppm.
- Sanitizer dispenser releases 200 ppm QUATS at 3-compartment sink.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 77C on dish surface during rinse cycle.
- Utensils/equipment were maintained in sanitary condition.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Staff has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate (Jan, 2024).
