- Hand sink had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water. NOTE: ensure soap dispenser is easy to use, even a stand alone pump container would be sufficient.
- No Signs of pest activity noted during inspeciton
- Spray bottle had 200 ppm quat
- Glass washer had a little more than 12 ppm iodine
- dishwasher had a final rinse of 100 ppm chlorine
