Observation: Splashes and debris on the wall beside the stove. Prep line cooler door on the inside have some grease and debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean inside prep line cooler as well as the wall beside the cooking stove. Organize in the back prep area.

307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19]
Observation: Wooden board with a slicer attached at the end is used for cutting vegetables.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use this unfinished wooden board as cutting board as it cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized. Use proper cutting board that is non-porous, easily cleanable and can be soakes in sanitizer.

Observation: Lighting above the new storage area require more intensity. There are missing tiles on the wall (base boarding).
Corrective Action(s): Provide more light in the storage area and replace missing tile baseboaring on the wall in front of the doory to the kitchen.

Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer was available at 100 ppm.
Refrigeration units registered at or below 4 deg C or colder.
Freezers were at or below -18 deg C.
Hot holding for pizza and samosas was at 60 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
All food items in the walk-in cooler were covered.
No signs of pests noted at time of visit.
Ensure that the pilot light for the hot water tank is always on so that there is constant supply of hot water.
Also ensure there is provisions for pest control.
Note: Seal on the prep line cooler has worn out. Operator has ordered the part to repair the seal
