Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multi beverage dispenser nozzle and holder requires thorough cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Clean nozzle and holder on a regular basis to prevent buildup of debris.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection no approved food contact surface sanitizer available for use in kitchen. Sanitizer in spray bottle for bar 0ppm chlorine/0ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure during operation an approved food contact surface sanitizer is available for use in the kitchen and bar. 200ppm quats dispensed into container and spray bottle. Reminder to store all wiping cloths in sanitizer solution when not in use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- At the time of inspection designated hand sink paper towel dispenser empty.
- Containers of clean utensils observed stored around the hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels at all times. Do not store utensils or any food products around the hand sink. Risk of contamination when washing hands.

Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean underneath and behind the flat grill and deep fryers. Clean these areas on a frequent basis. Correct by May 9, 2018.

Bar glass washer registers 12.5 to 25ppm iodine during the final rinse cycle.
200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station.
After correction 200ppm quats available for use in container and spray bottle.
Preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at 0 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler at 4 degrees C.
