Health permit posted in prominent location.
Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm - changed every 2 hours.
Freezers was at -16 to -18 deg C.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 deg C.
High temp. dishwasher reached 74.4 deg C at plate surface.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
No signs of pests observed at time of visit. Effective pest control monitoring in place.
Washrooms were in clean and stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Staff should ensure that they clean as they and clean front and back service areas when there is down time (a lot of spills on counters and debris on the floor)..
Pending renovations for this location (some time in August and will take 1 month to complete).
-Submit floor plans for the renovations prior to construction for health approval.
