Observation: A buildup of what appeared to be biofilm was observed on interior parts of the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure ice is discarded and interior surfaces are properly cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized. Note: Biofilm may potentially contaminate ice. Date to be corrected by: Today.

Observation: The following kitchen/prep areas require cleaning:
1. Floors (particularly under syrup and CO2 storage)
2. Areas under equipment

4. Equipment exteriors
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above-noted areas, along with hard-to-reach areas, are properly cleaned on a routine basis to limit build up of debris. Food debris may potentially attract pest activity and may make it difficult to look for signs of pest activity. Date to be corrected by: February 27, 2020.

Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Non-latex gloves available.
Low temperature dishwasher measured 44 degrees C and 100 ppm chlorine in rinse residual at utensil surface.
Bar glass washer measured 12.5 to 25 ppm iodine.
Bar ice bin area well maintained. Scoop stored safely.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in spray bottles at 200 ppm.
No signs of pest activity observed.
