Observation: The following kitchen/prep areas require cleaning:
1. Floors (particularly under syrup and CO2 storage)
2. Areas under equipment
3. Walls
4. Equipment exteriors
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above-noted areas, along with hard-to-reach areas, are properly cleaned on a routine basis to limit build up of debris. Food debris may potentially attract pest activity and may make it difficult to look for signs of pest activity. Date to be corrected by: February 27, 2020.
