A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -19C or colder; hot holding units 60C or hotter; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles, cloth buckets, and at 3-comp dishwashing sink had 200ppm strength.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods store in groups with proteins separate from RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopy and filters professionally cleaned this month, next service & cleaning due in March 2024 as per service sticker.
- No signs of pests.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All surfaces and equipment are in good working order, smooth, durable, sealed and cleanable.
- Valid health permit decal present.
- All in order. |
