Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units were 4C or below
Chest freezer in storage area at -18C.
Hot holding of food products were 60C internally.
hand washing stations satisfactory
All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
no pest was noted
3-compartment sink satisfactory. Quats dispenser was at 400ppm.
Quats solution placed in food preparation area.

Note:
Reviewed cooking produces of raw meat products with staff. A timer system and visual check is used determine when raw meat products are cooked. No probed thermometer was available. It is important to use an probed thermometer to conduct periodic checks to verify all raw meat products are cooked to an internal temperature of 74C or above. Visual checks are not a good indication.
