Correction Order complied with and now rescinded. Premise cleaning has been completed throughout both storage rooms and kiosk area. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Ensure current level of sanitation is consistently maintained. Shelving unit identified for storage of staff personal belongings on shift, separate from business related items. Swing gate entrance - new baseboard with sweep has been installed to pest proof entrance. Floor plan available reflecting new storage room layout.
