Walkway to the kitchen from the drink bar pass the handsink is now more accessible.
Overall improvement observed in sanitation.
All handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers at 4C or below.
All freezers at -18C or below.
Bleach sanitizer measured at 200ppm. QUAT sanitizer used only for the front.
High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate level during final rinse.
No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.

*Remove water pooling inside the storage unit.
*Equip extra spray bottles for sanitizers.
