A follow-up inspection was conducted to the routine from July 31, 2020 (RPT#: 248030). The following observations were noted: Hand washing stations were all adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Employees observed exercising proper hand hygiene at adequate frequency Rotary / vegetable slicer were recently used and were located in the ware-washing sink at onset of inspection. Operator demonstrated proper method of washing, rinsing, sanitizing, and air-drying NOTE: A reminder that the shelving units (both above the sinks and to the left of the sink) are to be used solely for cleaned and sanitized food service equipment Sanitizer present at front-of-house at 200 ppm QUATS.
