Discarded. DO NOT re-use any single-use items. Remove sponges and store rotary bits in a clean sanitized container which protects them from dust, etc. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 9 322 - Adequate hand washing stations and/or hot and cold water not provided Observation: Employee room has a treatment bed in it; wax and equipment noted in room for obvious use. Overall premise sanitation is OK. Discussed foot bath and semi-critical instrument disinfection; 1:8 bleach used. This is OK according to the newest list of approved disinfectants. Hand sinks are stocked and working.
