Observation: Prep cooler (closest to cash register) had air temperature of 10 deg C. Various pickled food ietms (pickled jalepenos) were probed to be at 8 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust/repair cooler to maintain temperature of 4 deg C or less. All cut vegetables must be used within a 2 hour period as discussed.

Routine inspection conducted:
Handsinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels (handsink in sandwich prep area and in back room)
Prep cooler beside staff door was at 3.2 deg C. Thermometers kept inside each prep cooler.
Quat sanitizer bucket at 200 ppm Quats.
Walk in freezer at -19 deg C
Walk in cooler at 2.9 deg C
Foods in coolers and freezers are all covered and in food grade containers
Thermometers available in all cold holding units
Temperatures recorded daily in temp log
Food Safe certified staff on site
3 compartment sink on site with Quats at dispenser at 200 ppm , test strips available on site for staff to test
Observed staff practicing proper handwashing
General sanitation excellent
All foods stored off floor, no signs of any pests
