Comments

- Dishwasher was repaired/serviced. Final rinse measured 73.9C at dish surface. The issue was with the spray on the interior not reaching the dishes due to food debris clogging orifices. This was resolved by the dishwasher technician and will now be maintained on a regular basis. Operator has obtained min/max thermometer to monitor final rinse temperature at dish surface is 71C or higher.
- Coolers which were not maintaining a temperature of 4C or colder have been repaired/serviced. Undercounter cooler was 2C and True cooler was 2C. Operator has implemented monitoring procedures for coolers. *Ensure corrective action is recorded if temperature measured is not at the required temperature.

Pending Violation:
Code 101 - Plans/construction/alteration not in accordance with the Regulation. See previous report (JCRH-BAESQR) for action required and date to be corrected.
