Re-inspection based on previous inspection report. - Manual Dishwashing: Ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed and disinfected after use or on a timely manner. (ie: 3-4 hours) All items are to be stored in a sanitary manner. (ie: shelving) Wiping cloth storage reviewed. - Routine cleaning schedules are to be followed. Good Work. Thank you.
