Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer bottle in the front at 0 ppm. Sanitizer must be available and in use to ensure food contact surfaces are properly sanitized. Prepare a new bottle of sanitizer and ensure that it is replaced regularly. Use chlorine test strips to check is sanitizer concentration is at the correct level (100 ppm). The operator has corrected this violation.
