Paper based inspection Report #252714: *health permit valid and posted *operators have valid food safe 1 certification *hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels *bleach sanitizer available @ 100 ppm - cloths stored in solution *freezers at -18 deg C; 2 coolers for can drinks only *upright cooler at 3-4 deg C (minimal food stored in cooler) - premises only open on Wednesdays during auction *hot holding for soup at 74 deg C;hot dog roller at 68-79 deg C *some items left in freezer but most foods taken away at the en dof day and products brought in on Wednesdays *no signs of pests noted; pest control in place *general sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit
