Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again congee is not being cooled properly -large pots stored at room temperature on counters
-internal temperature of 39 deg C at one pot and worker indicates it was cooked at 930am and it is now noon

-no ice wands were available or ice baths prepared to assist in cooling

Corrective Action(s): Discard congee -3 pots of congee discarded

You MUST cool perishable foods food safely as discussed previously and even the signs posted review this at dishpit area

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1-door display "Coldstream" fridge too warm again:
-air temperatures showing 9-10 deg C
-Internal temperature of pickled radish 8.9 deg C

This was the same malfunctionning fridge back in the June 2017 routine inspection
Corrective Action(s): Remove ALL perishable items from the fridge and transfer to another fridge

Have the unit serviced

Recommend replacing the fridge if it is malfunctionning this often in a year

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available in the kitchen at all -wet wiping towels are on many of the counters
Corrective Action(s): You MUST be making your bleach sanitizer first thing in the morning and keeping the wet rags in the buckets when not actively used

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Again multiple handsinks inadequate:
-front bar area has no paper towels available
-employee washroom AGAIN the paper towel dispenser is not dispensing and is locked out + there are is no toilet paper available!

Corrective Action(s): All handwash sinks must be adequately stocked and clear for use

workers should be checking for this at all handsinks every morning

You should be Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridges, hot holders and mechanical washer -this is a contributing factor why your dessert cooler was found too warm today
