Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Curries were being stored in large Rona buckets inside the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Operator agreed to transfer all of the food items into food grade containers (stainless steel pots and yogurt buckets). Using non food grade containers can cause chemicals to leach into food and cause a chemical contamination.

Observation: Some equipment has been rearranged and a walk-in cooler has been added to the facility.

Follow-up inspection conducted.

The front display cooler was on and maintaining an ambient temperature of 4C at the time of inspection. No food was kept inside. The operator mentioned that a technician is coming later today to check the cooler as it was making a loud noise.
Maintain temperature logs to ensure the cooler holds 4C or less.

The chest freezer has been relocated to the area near the side entrance of the facility. Please submit an updated floor plan for approval.

Raw meats are purchased from Captain Meat & Poultry, an approved facility. Invoices were available on site for review.
Yogurt is purchased from Nanak Foods and Sunfarm. invoices were available for review.

Significant improvement in sanitation has been noted since the last visit.

Handsinks were unobstructed and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
Sanitizer spray bottle and pail had 100 ppm chlorine residual - GOOD

The wooden cutting board had been removed.
The floors were lined with rubber mats instead of cardboard which can be washed at the end of the day - GOOD

Pest control professional was on site at the time of inspection. They will be visiting monthly. No concerns were noted.
