Quats sanitizer (in buckets) measured 200 ppm.

Temperature checks:
Walk-in cooler was at 0-1 deg C ambient temp.
Walk-in freezer was at -20 deg C ambient temp.
Line coolers were at 1-2 deg C.
Line freezer was at -16 deg C.
Hot holding for beef patties was 60-61 deg C (internal temp).
Hot holding for chicken was at 64-67 deg C (internal temp).
Gravy was at 67-70 deg C.
Poutine cheese kept at room temp for 4 hours (then discarded)
Vegetarian burger is made to order (no hot holding).

All food and food-related items in the storage room and cold holding units were stored off the floor.
Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted.
Employee wearing hair restraint and clean uniforms.
Hand washing and glove changing are done frequently.
Washrooms were well stocked and cleaned at time of visit.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
